摘  要:针对三类油藏条件下传统HPAM耐温耐盐性能和热稳定性差的问题,以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、1,4-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为主要原料,制备了适度交联的AM/AMPS/NaAA水溶性抗高温抗高盐聚合物P1,并考察了其综合性能。与线性聚合物相比,适度交联聚合物P1耐温抗盐性能、抗剪切性能和热稳定性明显提高。其玻璃化转变温度为197.08℃,1500 mg/L的溶液在100000 mg/L矿化度水中黏度保留率为59.8%,Waring搅拌器剪切黏度保留率为65.63%。在90℃,总矿化度为32000 mg/L(二价离子含量为1000 mg/L)条件下,经90 d老化后表观黏度保留率为81.25%,可作为抗高温高盐聚合物驱油剂在三类油藏进行应用。Aiming at the problems of poor temperature and salt resistance and thermal stability of conventional HPAM under the conditions of typesⅢreservoirs,the moderately crosslinked AM/AMPS/NaAA water-soluble high-temperature-and high-salt-resistant polymer P1 with acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid,and 1,4-butanediol dimethacrylate as the main raw materials was prepared and investigated for its comprehensive performance.Compared with the linear polymer,the moderately crosslinked polymer P1 showed significantly improved temperature and salt resistance,shear resistance,and thermal stability.Its glass transition temperature was 197.08℃,the viscosity retention of a 1500 mg/L solution in 100000 mg/L mineralized water was 59.8%,and the shear viscosity retention of a Waring stirrer was 65.63%.The apparent viscosity retention was 81.25%after 90 d aging at 90℃with a total mineralization of 32000 mg/L(divalent ion content of 1000 mg/L),which can be applied as anti-temperature and high-salt polymer oil repellent in typesⅢoil reservoirs.
