摘 要:射流泵是一种流体机械,是一种利用工作流体的射流来输送流体的设备。然而,射流泵的泵芯容易结垢影响使用。对于解决射流泵应用过程中的结垢问题,将合金防垢技术这种新型的防垢技术与射流泵相结合,改善射流泵使用过程中的结垢问题。采用模拟仿真方法,基于RNG k-ε模型,结合多相流理论,通过建立数学模型,编程模拟计算,模拟分析防垢合金的防垢效果。主要设计了三种防垢合金:叶片式防垢工具、多孔圆片式防垢工具及中空圆片式防垢工具,分别对其进行模拟仿真,得出中空圆片式结构进出口流速差小、进出口压强差很小,单个粒子碰撞次数为零,效果相对较好。A jet pump is a type of fluid machine that uses a jet of working fluid to transport fluid.However,the pump core of the jet pump is prone to scaling which affects its use.For solving the scaling problem during the application of jet pumps,alloy anti-scaling technology,a new anti-scaling technology,is combined with jet pumps to improve the scaling problem during the use of jet pumps.Using simulation methods,based on the RNG k-εmodel,combined with multiphase flow theory,the anti-scaling effect of anti-scaling alloys is simulated and analysed through the establishment of mathematical models and programming simulation calculations.Three kinds of anti-fouling alloys are mainly designed,vane type anti-fouling tool,porous disc type anti-fouling tool and hollow disc type anti-fouling tool,which are simulated respectively,and it is concluded that the difference between the inlet and outlet flow velocity of the hollow disc structure is small,the difference between the inlet and outlet pressure is very small,and the number of collisions of individual particles is zero,which is relatively effective.
