摘  要:通过体积计数型密闭呼吸计研究聚乳酸在海水环境中的需氧生物分解能力,研究了可降解组分的确定及加入量和试样尺寸对生物分解率的影响。结果表明:进行生物分解能力测试前,进行可降解组分的确定是重要步骤,通过红外光谱分析可快速确定,对于测试开展具有不可忽略的现实意义;测试材料加入量优选能缩短试验周期并获得较好平行性的结果,综合考虑选择加入量为0.2 g;测试材料尺寸选择<2 mm×2 mm,能贴合沉积物又有较大比表面积,有利于好氧微生物对材料的分解,提高降解速率。The aerobic biodegradation ability of polylactic acid in seawater environment was studied using a volume counting closed breathing apparatus.The determination of degradable components and the effects of addition amount and sample size on biodegradation rate were studied.The results indicate that determining the degradable components is an important step before conducting biodegradability testing,and infrared spectroscopy analysis can quickly determine them,which has significant practical significance for testing;the optimal addition amount of testing materials can shorten the testing cycle and achieve good parallelism results.Taking into account all factors,the optimal addition amount is 0.2 g;the size of the test material should be less than 2 mm×2 mm,which can adhere to the sediment and has a large specific surface area,which is conducive to the decomposition of the material by aerobic microorganisms and improves the degradation rate.
