甘肃省某历史遗留河道重金属污染底泥治理工程实例

摘  要:本工程实例以甘肃省某河道历史遗留重金属污染底泥为研究对象,全面分析了河道底泥重金属污染状况、污染范围、工程量、修复目标、治理工期、成本及项目实施条件,结合项目实际,以“分类治理、分质利用、安全处置”的绿色可持续修复理念为原则,针对重度污染底泥采用挖掘-填埋的修复技术,针对轻度污染底泥采用固化/稳定化的修复技术,本项目保质保量实施完成并且一次性通过效果评估验收和竣工验收,修复效果达到设计要求。本项目的实施,为黄河水质安全提供可靠保障,强力推进了黄河流域治理保护工作,同时为国内开展河道底泥治理工程提供了实践经验。The engineering examples,a river left over by history,heavy metal pollution of sediment in baiyin,gansu province as the research object,comprehensive analysis of river sediment of heavy metal pollution,pollution range,quantity,rehabilitation goals,time limit,cost and project implementation conditions,combining with project practice,in order to“classification management,quality,and the use,the safe disposal of”the green concept of sustainable repair for the principle,For severely polluted sediment,excavation-landfill remediation technology is adopted,and for slightly polluted sediment,solidification/stabilization remediation technology is adopted.The project has been implemented with both quality and quantity guaranteed,and passed the effect evaluation and completion acceptance at one time,and the remediation effect meets the design requirements.The implementation of this project provides a reliable guarantee for the safety of the water quality of the Yellow River,vigorously promotes the protection of the Yellow River basin,and provides practical experience for the domestic development of river sediment control projects.
