摘　　要：SBS橡胶装置运行过程中具有易燃易爆、有毒有害的危险特性。通过对装置开展腐蚀分析,识别主要损伤模式,制定专项腐蚀检查方案,进行腐蚀检查,对发现问题的设备进行整改,提出橡胶装置的腐蚀防护措施。根据本次腐蚀检查结果可得出,该装置腐蚀问题主要集中在水冷器和凝液罐等。针对发现的腐蚀情况,对橡胶装置从工艺防腐、大气腐蚀防护、水冷壁防腐三个方面提出了防腐建议。为排除橡胶装置存在的安全隐患,保障设备平稳运行具有一定参考价值。SBS rubber device is flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful hazardous characteristics.Carry out corrosion analysis of the device,identify the main damage mode,formulate a special corrosion inspection plan,conduct corrosion inspection,rectify the equipment with found problems,and propose corrosion protection measures for the rubber device.According to the corrosion inspection junction,it can be concluded that the corrosion problems of the device are mainly concentrated in the water cooler and condensate tank.According to the corrosion situation found,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the rubber device from three aspects of process anticorrosion,atmospheric corrosion protection and water wall anticorrosion.In order to eliminate the potential safety risks of the rubber device,to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment has a certain reference value.
