摘  要:初步建立了单颗粒电感耦合等离子体质谱(spICP-MS)测定化妆品中纳米氧化铈颗粒粒径大小及分布的方法。以0.1%Triton X-100为萃取剂超声辅助提取化妆品中的纳米氧化铈颗粒,在脉冲信号模式下采集数据并通过计算得到颗粒粒径大小及分布。探讨了spICP-MS用于检测化妆品中纳米颗粒时,不同计算方法对颗粒粒径检出限的影响。实验结果表明:粒径检出限不仅受到待测同位素背景信号的影响,也与化妆品基质相关。选择不同的计算方法时,粒径检出限及被识别为颗粒的个数均受到显著影响,直接关系到化妆品产品的合规性判定及安全性评价。阈值的准确选择是影响spICP-MS用于化妆品中纳米级颗粒存在与否判定的重要因素,应在现有化妆品基质分类的基础上,根据样品性质进行进一步评估。该方法可用于防晒类化妆品中纳米氧化铈颗粒的快速筛查,并可对其粒径大小及分布进行同时测定和表征,为含纳米颗粒化妆品的合规性和安全性考察提供了可供探讨的空间和途径。A method was initially developed for the determination of particle size and distribution of cerium oxide nanoparticles in cosmetics using single particle inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(spICP-MS).0.1% Triton X-100 was employed as an extractant for ultrasound-assisted extraction of cerium oxide nanoparticles in cosmetics.The data were acquired in pulse signal mode,and the particle size and distribution were determined through calculation.The effect of different calculation methods on the detection limit of particle size when spICP-MS is used for the detection of nanoparticles in cosmetics was further investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that the lower limit of particle size detection was influenced not only by the background signal of the isotope to be detected but also by the cosmetic matrix.Different background thresholds significantly affected both the lower limit of particle size detection and the number of identified particles,thereby directly impacting compliance and safety considerations for cosmetics.The accurate selection of the threshold value is an important factor in the determination of the presence or absence of nanoscale particles in cosmetics by sampling spICP-MS for cosmetic use,which should be further evaluated on the basis of the existing classification of cosmetic matrices,depending on the nature of the sample.This method enables rapid screening of cerium dioxide nanoparticles in sunscreen cosmetics while simultaneously determining and characterizing their particle size and distribution,providing a framework for discussing compliance and safety investigations regarding nanoparticle-containing cosmetics.
