摘 要:使用双层涂布技术制备了具有双层结构的正极片,通过调整正极片表层和底层的导电剂用量获得了两组厚度方向导电剂分布不同的正极片。一组是极片表层导电剂用量多于底层,另一组是极片底层导电剂用量多于表层。基于这两组正极片分别制备出电池,以研究正极片导电剂分布对电池性能的影响。实验结果表明,正极片导电剂分布对电池内阻、倍率放电、循环寿命、浮充电等性能有明显影响。本文研究结果将对锂离子电池的极片设计提供有益帮助。Cathode electrode with double layer structure was fabricated by dual-layer coating technology.Two cathode electrodes with different distribution of conductive additive were fabricated by tuning the conductive amount in the top layer and the bottom layer.In one group,the amount of conductive additive in top layer is more than bottom layer.In another group,the amount of conductive additive in bottom layer is more than top layer.Two group batteries were produced with these two cathode electrodes,in order to study the effect of the distribution of conductive additive on the performance of lithium-ion battery.Experimental results indicate that the distribution of conductive additive has a significant effect on the internal resistance,discharge rate,cycle performance and floating charge performance.The results of this work provide new insights for the electrode design of lithium-ion battery.
