摘 要:己二腈(ADN)、1,3,6-已烷三腈(HTCN)用作电解液添加剂,发现能够提高高电压富锂锰/石墨电池的电化学性能。对比含0.5%ADN与0.5%HTCN电池的循环性能,发现含HTCN电池性能更优。以0.5 C在2.0 V~4.6 V充放电,添加HTCN的电池以25℃循环470次的容量保持率为94.5%,以45℃循环220次的容量保持率为93.6%。扫描电镜结果表明,ADN和HTCN的加入能抑制电解液的分解,且两者作用相当。LSV和DFT理论计算的结果表明,ADN和HTCN的加入能提升电解液的耐高压性能,整体效果上,HTCN优于ADN。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱表明,ADN和HTCN均能抑制Mn溶出,且添加HTCN的效果更优,其负极上的Mn沉积量约为添加ADN的电池的83.3%。Adiponitrile(ADN) and 1,3,6-Hexanetrinitrile(HTCN) as electrolyte additives had been found to improve the electrochemical performance of high-voltage lithium-rich/manganese/graphite battery.From the comparison of cycle performance with the batteries containing 1 % ADN and 1 % HTCN,it is found that HTCN is better.When charged-discharged in 2.0 V~4.65 V at 0.5 C,the battery with HTCN exhibited capacity retention of 94.5 % at 25 ℃ after 470 cycles,and 93.6 % at 45 ℃ after 220 cycles.Scanning electron microscopy show that the decomposition of the electrolyte was inhibited by the addition of ADN and HTCN,both of them have equivalent effect.The calculation results of LSV and DFT show that adding ADN and HTCN can improve stability of electrolyte at high voltage,and HTCN is better than ADN in overall.Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectroscopy(ICP-AES) shows that both ADN and HTCN can inhibit the dissolution of Mn,and the effect of adding HTCN is better,and the amount of Mn deposited on the anode is about 83.3 % of that of the battery added with ADN.
