摘  要:在乏燃料后处理流程中,高浓、高粘、低温易结晶放射性含酸料液的定量输送一直是值得关注的问题。已建成的核化工项目主要采用液下柱塞计量泵作为动力设备对此类料液进行输送。本文通过结合液下柱塞计量泵的使用环境和实际调试运行情况,对液下柱塞计量泵的工作原理、特点和不足进行技术总结,并针对性地提出了一些改进措施,为该泵在我国核化工项目中的进一步优化应用提供技术参考。In the actual operation process of the nuclear chemical project,the feed liquid feeding system needs to transport the feed liquid of the nitric acid system.In the past,the sub-liquid piston pump was used in the project.During the commissioning and operation,the transmission structure of the sub-liquid piston pump appeared cam wear,connecting rod detachment,key component material wear and corrosion and other faults and problems.In this paper,the above problems and faults are analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward by analyzing the application environment,transmission structure,material selection and mechanical design of key components of the submerged piston pump.The improved submerged piston pump can be applied to the chemical process transportation process of conveying high radioactive,strong corrosive and high viscosity liquid,which provides reference and technical support for the commissioning and operation of nuclear chemical projects.
