摘 要:食品工业作为我国的三大工业用水行业之一,随着我国经济的高速发展,其用水量与日俱增。基于微藻的食品加工废水处理工艺作为一种绿色环保,节能减碳的处理方式有着广阔的发展前景。本文综述了当前微藻对高氮磷食品废水净化的研究现状,在污染物去除效果、生物质积累和污染物去除机理方面做了阐述。介绍了影响微藻在废水中生长和污染物去除效果的主要因素。对微藻生物质综合利用的途径和效益做了简要介绍。以期为微藻处理食品加工废水的工业化推行提供参考。The food industry,as one of the three major industrial water consumption sectors in China,has seen a continuous increase in water usage,driven by the rapid economic development of the country.The treatment process of food processing wastewater based on microalgae has broad development prospects as a green,environmentally friendly,energy-saving and carbon reducing treatment method.This article summarizes the current research status of microalgae on high nitrogen and phosphorus food wastewater and high salt food wastewater,and elaborates on the pollutant removal efficiency,biomass accumulation,and pollutant removal mechanism.The main factors affecting the growth of microalgae and the removal efficiency of pollutants in wastewater were introduced.A brief introduction was made on the ways and benefits of comprehensive utilization of microalgae biomass.In order to provide reference for the industrial promotion of microalgae treatment of food processing wastewater.
