含PCA-锌、尿囊素和北美金缕梅水成分的乳液改善痤疮的有效性评价

摘　　要：探讨一种含PCA-锌、尿囊素和北美金缕梅水成分的乳液提升痤疮的有效性。分别采用人体和3D表皮皮肤模型进行功效评价。人体功效评价结果表明,涂抹乳液8 h后能够显著降低受试者面部肌肤的油脂分泌状况;使用乳液3天可以显著改善受试者面部痤疮或丘疹泛红状况;使用乳液7天以上可以显著降低面部丘疹、粉刺数量;使用乳液2小时和使用乳液28天后的毛孔面积占比与初始值相比均有显著性下降。另一方面,乳液可以显著提升3D表皮皮肤模型表皮层厚度,同时适量上调人体组织激肽释放酶7(KLK-7)的表达。综上,该乳液具有改善痤疮的功效,并同时具备控油、改善毛孔、改善角质过度增厚的效果。To evaluate the efficacy of a lotion containing PCA Zinc,Allantoin and Hamamelis Virginiana(Witch Hazel) Water for acne vulgaris.The related efficacy evaluations through human trials and 3D epidermal skin model tests.The results of human efficacy evaluation show that after 8 hours of applying the lotion,the sebum secretion of the subject's facial skin was significantly reduced.After 3 days of applying the lotion,the subject's facial acne or papule redness was significantly improved.Using the lotion for more than 7 days can obviously reduce the number of pimples and acne on the face.Moreover,dynamic evaluation data on the proportion of pore area on the face suggested that the proportion of pore area after using the lotion for 2 hours and 28 days was significantly lower than the initial value.On the other hand,3D epidermal skin model tests showed that the lotion could significantly enhance the thickness of the epidermal layer of the model,while moderately up-regulating the expression of human tissue kinin releasing enzyme 7(KLK-7).In conclusion,the application of this lotion containing PCA Zinc,Allantoin and Hamamelis Virginiana(Witch Hazel) Water could effectively improving acne,and also has the effect of controlling oil,improving pores,and improving excessive thickening of keratin.
