摘　　要：目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年2月三明市皮肤病医院收治的64例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同,将其分为两组,每组32例。对照组患者使用红蓝光联合曲安奈德治疗,观察组患者使用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法,比较两组临床治疗效果,分析不良反应和残留皮损数量等指标变化。结果观察组患者痤疮治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果较好,能够改善患者痤疮临床表现,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To study the clinical effect of 5-aminolketate photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods A total of 64 patients with moderate to severe acne treated in Sanming Dermatology Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,32 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with red and blue light combined with triamcinolone acetonide,and the patients in the observation group were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of adverse reactions,residual skin lesions and other indicators were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy on moderate to severe acne is obvious,which can improve the clinical manifestations of acne and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
