摘　　要：目的探析美容缝合术对颌面部创伤整形患者创伤面愈合程度及美观度的影响。方法选取2022年4月至2024年3月到三明市第一医院就诊的150例颌面部创伤整形患者,按治疗方法不同分为常规组和观察组,每组75例,常规组实施常规清创缝合术,观察组实施美容缝合术,对比两组患者创伤面愈合程度及美观度。结果观察组患者手术缝合时长多于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者水肿消退时长、创面愈合时长、拆线所需时长均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者经治疗后的温哥华瘢痕评定量表(VSS)评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者创口愈合优良率高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者美学效果满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颌面部创伤整形患者实施美容缝合术,有助于促进创伤面愈合进程,满足美观需求,为临床治疗提供更优的方案选择。Objective To explore the effect of aesthetic suture on the healing degree and aesthetics of the wound surface in maxillofacial trauma plastic surgery patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with maxillofacial trauma plastic surgery who visited the First Hospital of Sanming City from April 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into routine group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 75 cases in each group.Routine debridement suture was performed in the conventional group,and aesthetic suture was performed in the observation group.The healing degree and aesthetic appearance of the wound surface were compared between the two groups.Results The operation suture time of the observation group was longer than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The edema regression time,wound healing time,and suture removal time of the observation group were shorter than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The Vancouver Scar Rating Scale(VSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group after treatment,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);The patients'satisfaction with aesthetic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the face of maxillofacial trauma plastic surgery patients,the implementation of aesthetic suture in our hospital is helpful to promote the healing process of the wound surface,meet the needs of patients for aesthetics,and provide a better choice of clinical treatment and prognostic effect.
