直视下腋窝皱襞小切口会师法治疗腋臭的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨直视下腋窝皱襞小切口会师法治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法选择2023年2月至2024年5月河南科技大学第二附属医院收治的80例腋臭治疗患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组则采用腋下皱襞双切口大汗腺修剪术及浅层脂肪剪除术,观察组采用直视下腋窝皱襞小切口会师法治疗。患者手术体位、腋窝备皮、肿胀麻醉处理同对照组。比较两组临床疗效,监测患者手术及康复进程,并观察患者术后并发症情况。结果观察组术后6个月腋臭分级00级者占比(72.50%)显著高于对照组(52.50%),而2级者占比(2.50%)显著低于对照组(12.50%),且腋臭手术治疗总有效率(97.50%)显著高于对照组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后出血量(54.26±4.63)mL、术后瘀斑消除时间(10.89±0.97)d、拆线时间(5.16±0.65)d、切口愈合时间(10.02±0.85)d和愈合后瘢痕宽度(3.26±0.34)cm显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直视下腋窝皱襞小切口会师法应用于腋臭治疗,可有效减少出血量,加快患者术后恢复速度,降低并发症风险,腋臭治疗效果更为彻底,临床疗效,该手术方案安全高效,值得推广借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating axillary odor with a small incision along theillary crease under direct vision.Methods Select 80 patients with axillary odor treated at the Second Affifiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2023 to May 2024,and divide them into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 patients in each group.The control group bilateral incision for excision of the apocrine glands and superfificial fat under the armpit,while the observation group was treated with a small incision along axillary crease under direct vision.The surgical position,armpit preparation,and swelling anesthesia were the same as in the control group.The clinical effificacy the two groups was compared,and the surgical and recovery process of the patients was monitored.The formation of scars and postoperative complications were also observed.Results The proportion of patients with grade 0 axillary odor in the observation group(72.50%)was signifificantly higher than that in the control group(52.50%)6 months after surgery,while the proportion of patients with grade 2(2.50%)was signifificantly lower than that in the control group(12.50%).The total effective rate of axillary odor surgery treatment(97.50%)was signifificantly higher than that in the control group(85.00%),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The postoperative bleeding volume(54.26±4.63)mL,time to remove bruising(10.89±0.97)d,suture removal time(5.16±0.65)d,incision healing time(10.02±0.85)d,and scar width after healing(3.26±0.34)cm in the observation group were signifificantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions The incision along the axillary crease under direct vision for treating axillary odor can effectively reduce the bleeding volume,accelerate the postoperative recovery of the patients,lower the risk of complications.The treatment of axillary odor is more t
