摘　　要：目的分析局部皮瓣修复术在耳前瘘管切除术中的应用效果。方法以2022年1月至2024年3月在郑州大学附属郑州中心医院就诊的50例耳前瘘管患者为研究对象,所有患均采用耳前瘘管切除和局部皮瓣修复术治疗。统计皮瓣存活情况、切口愈合情况、石溪瘢痕量表评分和并发症发生率。结果50例耳前瘘管患者皮瓣存活率为100%,Ⅰ期愈合率为94.00%。术后6个月时石溪瘢痕量表评分为(4.17±1.12)分,术后并发症发生率为6.00%。结论局部皮瓣修复术在耳前瘘管切除术中应用可达到较好的修复效果,皮瓣存活率、切口Ⅰ期愈合率、术后美观程度均较高,具有一定临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of local flflap repair in the resection of preauricular fifistula.Methods Fifty cases of preauricular fifistula treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affifiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to March 2024 were studied.All cases were treated with preauricular fifistula resection and local flflap repair.Skin flflap survival,wound healing,Stony brook scar evaluation scale score and complication rate were analyzed.Results The survival rate of flaps in 50 cases with preauricular fifistula was 100%and the healing rate of incision in stage I was 94.00%.Six months after surgery,the score of Stony brook scar evaluation scale was(4.17±1.12),and the incidence of postoperative complications was 6.00%.Conclusions The application of local flflap repair in the resection of preauricular fifistula can achieve a good repair effect,the survival rate of the flflap,the healing rate of the incision in stage I,and the postoperative aesthetic degree are high,which has certain clinical application value.
