摘　　要：目的探讨分析手指创面缺损治疗中骨间背侧动脉穿支皮瓣修复的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月郑州市骨科医院收治的78例手指创面缺损的患者,予以骨间背侧动脉穿支皮瓣修复,观察其疗效及对皮瓣成活、创面愈合、关节活动度、手指外观、生活质量的影响。结果患者治疗后优良率为94.87%;患者治疗后皮瓣存活率为98.72%,1个月创面愈合率为96.15%,伤指感觉与活动障碍率为98.72%。治疗6个月后患者近端指关节活动度、远端指关节活动度及手指外观评分较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后患者生活质量评分均较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨间背侧动脉穿支皮瓣修复上肢骨折伴手指皮肤组织缺损效果确切,皮瓣存活率高,能促进患者手指功能恢复,改善手指外观,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the application value of dorsal interosseous artery perforator flflap in the treatment of fifinger wound defect.Methods A to total of 78 patients from January 2022 to January 2024,with fifinger wound defect admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopaedic Hospital were selected and repaired with dorsal interosseous artery perforator flap to observe the clinical effect.Results After treatment,55 cases were excellent,19 cases were good,3 cases were fair,and 1 case was poor,with an excellent and good rate of 94.87%.The survival rate of the skin flflap after treatment was 98.72%,the one month wound healing rate was 96.15%,and the rate of sensory and movement disorders in the injured fifingers was 98.72%.After 6 months of treatment,the fifififipatient's proximal finger joint range of motion,distal finger joint range of motion,and finger appearance score significantly increased compared to before treatment(P fi<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the quality of life scores of the patients were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions flfiThe dorsal interosseous artery perforator flap has a definite effect on repairing fiflfiupper limb fractures with finger skin tissue defects,with a high survival rate of the flap.It can promote the recovery of finger function,fiimprove finger appearance,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
