黄芪桂枝五物汤联合负压封闭引流治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤联合负压封闭引流治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法根据治疗方案不同将2023年1月至2024年6月在郑州市第九人民医院内分泌代谢科就诊的80例糖尿病足患者分为2组,各40例。在常规治疗基础上给予对照组患者负压封闭引流治疗,给予观察组患者黄芪桂枝五物汤联合负压封闭引流治疗。比较两组出现明显肉芽时间、创面愈合时间和治疗前后踝肱指数、周围神经传导速度。结果观察组患者出现明显肉芽时间、创面愈合时间均早于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组踝肱指数水平均上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经、感觉神经传导速度均上升,且观察组患者治疗后神经传导速度水平较高(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤联合负压封闭引流治疗糖尿病足疗效较好,可有效促进创面愈合,对改善患者周围神经功能有较大帮助。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods According to different treatment plans,a total of 80 patients with diabetic foot who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the Zhengzhou Ninth People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were divided into 2 groups with 40 cases each.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given negative pressure closed drainage treatment,and the observation group was given Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with vacuum sealing drainage treatment.The obvious granulation time,wound healing time,ankle-brachial index and peripheral nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups.Results The obvious granulation time and wound healing time in observation group were earlier(P<0.05).Compared before treatment,the level of ankle-brachial index increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve increased in both groups,and the level of nerve conduction velocity was higher in observation group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with vacuum sealing drainage is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot,which can effectively promote wound healing and improve peripheral nerve function.
