提眉术同期重睑术治疗老年重度上睑下垂的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨提眉术同期重睑术治疗老年重度上睑下垂的围手术期护理范方法。方法选取2023年2月至2024年22月联勤保障部队第九八九医院收治的86例接受提眉术同期重睑术治疗的老年重度上睑下垂患者,采用回顾性分析法对护理方法进行研究。评估所有患者的生活质量、恢复情况,统计并发症发生率。结果患者术后1 d、术后3 d、术后7 d的生活质量评分均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。86例患者中,正矫率94.19%(84/86);术后恢复时间6~12 d,均值(8.12±1.75)d。重睑外观改善优良率98.83%(85/86);上睑缘弧度改善优良率95.35%(82/86);双眼对称性改善优良率97.67%(84/86)。并发症发生率3.49%(3/86)。结论老年重度上睑下垂患者在提眉术同期重睑术治疗中应用围手术期护理,有助于改善术后恢复效果,提高生活质量,且术后并发症少,护理效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the perioperative care of severe ptosis in the treatment of elderly patients with heavy blepharoplasty during eyebrow lift.Methods A total of 86 patients with severe ptosis treated by eyebrow lifting surgery and double eyelid surgery in the 989 Hospital of the joint service support force from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected,and the nursing methods were studied by retrospective analysis.The quality of life and recovery of all patients were evaluated,and the incidence of complications was counted.Results The quality of life scores of patients 1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation were higher than those before operation,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Among 86 patients,the positive correction rate was 94.19%(84/86);The mean recovery time was(8.12±1.75)d(range,6~12 d).The excellent and good rate of double eyelid appearance improvement was 98.83%(85/86);The excellent and good rate of upper eyelid margin radian improvement was 95.35%(82/86);The excellent and good rate of bilateral symmetry improvement was 97.67%(84/86).The complication rate was 3.49%(3/86).Conclusions The application of perioperative nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with severe ptosis during eyebrow lift can help reduce pain,relieve anxiety and depression,improve postoperative recovery effect,and have fewer postoperative complications and signifificant nursing effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
