摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在面部缺损皮瓣修复手术患者围术期的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月郑州市第九人民医院收治的面部缺损皮瓣修复手术患者98例,均在围术期接受快速康复外科理念管理,观察患者恢复情况。结果术后3 d患者疼痛、颜色、温度及毛细血管充盈度评分较术后1 d明显更低,差异用统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者首次进食时间为(8.92±1.38)h,术后卧床时间为(27.59±3.41)h,引流时间为(3.29±0.41)d,输液时间为(3.76±0.83)d,住院时间为(8.19±1.52)d。围术期并发症发生率为3.06%(3/98)。患者满意度为95.92%(94/98)。结论快速康复外科理念应用于面部缺损皮瓣修复手术患者围术期有助于改善皮瓣情况,加快患者康复速度,减少并发症事件,提高其生活质量,且患者满意度高。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of patients undergoing facial defect flflap repair surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients with facial defects who underwent skin flflap repair surgery in the Ninth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected.All patients were managed with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery during the perioperative period,and the recovery of patients was observed.Results The scores of pain,color,temperature and capillary fifilling degree of the patients on the third day after operation were signifificantly lower than those on the fifirst day after operation,and the differences were statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The fifirst feeding time was(8.92±1.38)h,postoperative bed res t time was(27.59±3.41)h,drainage time was(3.29±0.41)d,infusion time was(3.76±0.83)d,and hospitalization time was(8.19±1.52)d.The perioperative complication rate was 3.06%(3/98).Patient satisfaction was 95.92%(94/98).Conclusions The application of the concept of rapid recovery surgery in patients undergoing facial defect skin flflap repair surgery during the perioperative period can help improve the condition of the skin flflap,accelerate the patient's recovery speed,reduce complications,and improve their quality of life,with high patient satisfa ction.
