摘　　要：民用航空产品投入民航领域使用前,必须表明对适航规章中适用条款的符合性。适航符合性验证试验是一种应用广泛的符合性方法,开展试验的前提之一是选择具有代表性的试验件,确保试验结果的可信度和有效性。本文以热气球织物为例,阐述了开展适航符合性的强度验证试验时,在最严酷条件下具有代表性试验件构型的确定方法。这一方面确保试验结果有效,另一方面提升适航审定工作的效率。Before civil aviation products are put into use in the civil aviation field,it is necessary to demonstrate compliance with the applicable provisions of airworthiness regulations.Airworthiness compliance verification test is a widely used compliance method.One of the prerequisites for conducting the test is to select representative test specimens to ensure the credibility and effectiveness of the test results.This article takes the hot air balloon fabric as an example to elaborate on the determination method of the representative test specimens configuration under the most severe conditions when conducting the strength verification test of airworthiness compliance,so as to ensure the effectiveness of the test results and improve the efficiency of airworthiness certification work.
