新时代空乘专业人才职业素养的新内涵及提升路径

摘　　要：时代诉求和行业发展对民航一线岗位和人才培养提出了新挑战。在新语境下,民航院校要重新审视职业素养的内涵,并结合专业特点融入新内容、新特征,以具备现实指导意义。文章从职业素养的界定和范畴入手,并从道德素养、专业素养、合作素养、创新素养4个层面提出了“空乘专业人才应内化当代民航精神和‘三个敬畏’意识;掌握应急语言服务和技能,构筑心理防线和底线;发挥团队合作优势,延展客舱服务空间;将工匠精神融入创新能力,彰显中国话语和中国形象”的职业素养新内涵及提升路径。The new era and industry development call for an innovation of talents cultivation of front-line civil aviation posts.Therefore,it's necessary for civil aviation colleges and universities to reexamine the connotations of professional quality and integrate new content and new features with professional characteristics.This paper analyzes the definition and category of professionalism,and puts forward solutions from the four aspects of moral accomplishment,professional accomplishment,cooperative accomplishment and innovative accomplishment:the cabin crew should internalize the Contemporary Civil Aviation Spirits and the“Three Respects”Awareness;should master emergency language and skills,and construct psychological defense line and bottom line;should give full play to the advantages of teamwork and extend the cabin service space;should combine the craftsman spirit with innovation and highlight the discourse and image of China.
