摘  要:本文以酸洗改性的矿渣粉为载体,制备了Cu/KZS和Ce-Cu/KZS催化剂,并考察了其低温SCR脱硝性能。实验结果表明Ce-Cu/KZS催化剂展现了更优的低温催化脱硝性能,在180~300℃范围,可以实现超过93%的催化脱硝活性。表征结果发现,其优越的低温催化活性得益于其具有更高的比表面积、较弱的活性物种结晶度、更强的低温氧化还原性能和更高的弱酸性位数量;同时,Ce-Cu/KZS催化剂的表面吸附氧含量更高,也会提高催化剂的催化活性。In this work,slag powder was modified by acid washing and used as support to prepare Cu/KZS and Ce-Cu/KZS catalysts.These catalysts were utilized for low-temperature SCR reaction and their denitration performance was investigated.The experimental results show that the Ce-Cu/KZS catalyst exhibits better low-temperature catalytic performance than the Cu/KZS catalyst.More than 93%NOx conversion can be achieved over the Ce-Cu/KZS catalyst in a range of 180~300℃.The characterization results reveal that this is mainly due to its higher specific surface area,weaker crystallinity of active species,the stronger low-temperature redox properties and more amount of weak acid.Besides these,the Ce-Cu/KZS catalyst has higher content of surface adsorbed oxygen,which can promote its catalytic activity as well.
