摘　　要：文章总结国内外空中连廊系统建设发展的经验,以深圳市前海深港现代服务业合作区空中连廊系统规划建设为例,提出城市中心区空中连廊系统规划建设与管控的原则与机制,创新性地提出“刚性管控+弹性引导”相结合的管控指标体系,为城市中心区空中连廊系统规划管理过程中有机布局可控管理机制提供参考。This paper summarizes the development experience of domestic and international skywalk system,and takes the planning and construction of the skywalk system in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone in Shenzhen as a case study.It proposes principles and mechanisms for the planning,construction and control of urban central area skywalk system.It innovatively introduces a control index system that combines“rigid control and elastic guidance”,providing a reference for the organic layout and controllable management mechanism in the planning and management process of the skywalk system in urban central areas.
