摘　　要：皮肌炎是一种自身免疫性系统性炎性病变,特征性皮肤损害和对称性四肢近端肌无力是其典型的临床表现,间质性肺炎、缺血性心肌病和恶性肿瘤是皮肌炎患者死亡的重要原因。皮肌炎与恶性肿瘤密切相关,手术切除肿瘤后皮肌炎症状或可缓解。皮肌炎患者围术期发生反流误吸、困难气道、肺炎、呼吸衰竭、缺血性心肌病、心脏停搏、肌松恢复延迟的风险增加,这些问题需要引起临床麻醉科医师的高度重视。Dermatomyositis is one type of idiopathic autoimmnue myositis.Characteristic skin damage and symmetrical proximal limb muscle weakness are typical clinical manifestations.Furthermore,interstitial pneumonia,ischemic cardiomyopathy,and malignant tumors are important causes of death for patients with dermatomyositis.Dermatomyositis has been significantly associated with malignancy and surgical resection of neoplasm could alleviate dermatomyositis.Dermatomyositis are associated with increased risks of aspiration,difficult airway,pneumonia,cardiovascular events,delayed recovery of muscle relaxation.These issues need to be highly valued by clinical anesthesiologists.
