摘　　要：文章立足于深入理解党的二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》,从多个角度总结了我国市场经济体制改革所取得的重大成就,界定了经济体制和社会主义市场经济体制的内涵,从党的文献的视角梳理了社会主义市场经济体制确立的过程,深刻论述了构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制的重大意义,提出高水平社会主义市场经济体制的内涵以及构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制的举措。Based on an in-depth understanding of the"Decision"adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,this paper summarizes the major achievements made in my country's market economic system reform from multiple angles,defines the connotation of the economic system and the socialist market economic system,sorts out the process of establishing the socialist market economic system from the perspective of the party's literature,profoundly discusses the significance of building a high-level socialist market economic system,and puts forward the connotation of a high-level socialist market economic system and measures to build a high-level socialist market economic system.
