摘　　要：全面加强金融监管、完善金融监管体系、提高金融监管有效性,是进一步深化金融监管体制改革、开创金融工作新局面的内在要求,是新时代应对金融风险挑战、加快金融强国建设的必然选择,是推动金融高质量发展、实现金融高水平安全的根本保证。基于对我国金融监管形势和问题挑战的整体把握,从全面加强金融监管的核心要义、风险挑战、体系建设三个方面,深度解析全面加强金融监管这一重大金融课题,为强国建设、民族复兴提供更高质量与更高水平的现代金融监管保障。Comprehensively strengthening financial supervision,improving the financial supervision system and improving the effectiveness of financial supervision are the inherent requirements for further deepening the reform of financial supervision system and creating a new situation in financial work.It is an inevitable choice for the new era to cope with the challenges of financial risks and accelerate the construction of financial power.It is the fundamental guarantee for promoting high-quality financial development and achieving high-level financial security.Based on the overall grasp of the situation and challenges of China's financial supervision,this paper deeply analyzes the major financial issue of comprehensively strengthening financial supervision from three aspects:the core essence,risk challenges and system construction of comprehensively strengthening financial supervision,so as to provide reference for the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation.
