芪参益气滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果及对心室重构、氧化应激指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨芪参益气滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果及对心室重构、氧化应激指标的影响。方法选择2021年10月至2023年3月收治的92例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组接受常规治疗+沙库巴曲缬沙坦,观察组在对照组基础上给予芪参益气滴丸。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的等容收缩时间(ICT)、等容舒张时间(IRT)短于对照组,射血时间(ET)长于对照组,心肌做功指数(MPI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化脂质(LPO)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果满意,能有效逆转心室重构,促进氧化与抗氧化平衡恢复,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure and its influences on ventricular remodeling and oxidative stress indexes.Methods A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment+sacubitril valsartan,and the observation group was given Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the isovolumetric contraction time(ICT),isovolumic relaxation time(IRT)in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the ejection time(ET)was longer than that in the control group,and the myocardial performance index(MPI)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and lipid peroxide(LPO)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure has satisfactory effect,it can effectively reverse ventricular remodeling and promote the recovery of oxidation and antioxidant balance,which is worth promoting.
