平衡火罐联合穴位贴敷中医特色技术干预寒湿痹阻证坐骨神经痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探究平衡火罐联合穴位贴敷中医特色技术干预寒湿痹阻证坐骨神经痛的效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月医院收治的82例寒湿痹阻证坐骨神经痛患者开展试验,按照电脑编号随机数字表法将其分为B组及A组,各41例。B组予以常规干预,A组于B组基础上增用平衡火罐联合穴位贴敷中医特色技术干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预28 d后,A组的日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛评分法各方面评分均高于B组(P<0.05)。干预28 d后,A组的简易McGill疼痛问卷各分量表评分均低于B组(P<0.05)。干预28 d后,A组的状态焦虑量表(S-AI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于B组(P<0.05)。干预28 d后,A组的生活质量问卷各维度评分均高于B组(P<0.05)。结论平衡火罐联合穴位贴敷中医特色技术干预寒湿痹阻证坐骨神经痛的效果较佳,可缓解患者疼痛,改善情绪、睡眠质量及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of balanced cupping combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine special technique on sciatica of cold-dampness obstruction syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with sciatica of cold-dampness obstruction syndrome admitted in the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected to carry out the experiment.According to the computer number random number table method,the patients were divided into group B and group A,with 41 cases in each group.The group B was given routine intervention,and the group A was given balanced cupping combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine special technique intervention on the basis of the group B.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 28 d of intervention,the scores of each aspect of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)low back pain score in the group A were higher than those in the group B(P<0.05).After 28 d of intervention,the scores of each subscale of simple McGill pain questionnaire in the group A were lower than those in the group B(P<0.05).After 28 d of intervention,the scores of State Anxiety Scale(S-AI)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the group A were lower than those in the group B(P<0.05).After 28 d of intervention,the scores of each dimensions of quality of life questionnaire in the group A were higher than those in the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The balanced cupping combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine special technique on sciatica of cold-dampness obstruction syndrome has better effect,which can relieve pain,improve mood,sleep quality and quality of life.
