摘　　要：目的探讨程序化疼痛护理管理模式应用于髋关节置换术后患者中的效果及对日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月本院收治的110例髋关节置换术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理+程序化疼痛护理管理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的ADL、Harris评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各维度评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论程序化疼痛护理管理模式可明显提高髋关节置换术后患者疼痛缓解效果,减轻负性情绪,改善睡眠质量与关节功能,提升预后。Objective To explore the effect of programmed pain care management model in patients after hip replacement and its influence on Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score.Methods A total of 110 patients after hip replacement admitted in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given routine nursing+programmed pain care management model.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the ADL and Harris scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The programmed pain care management model can significantly improve the pain relief effect,reduce negative emotions,improve sleep quality and joint function,and elevate prognosis of patients after hip replacement.
