摘　　要：2012年,上海当代艺术博物馆(后简称为PSA)成立,老电厂作为新城市文化的“生产车间”重新发电,给这座城市注入了新的能量。2013年您便担任PSA馆长,至今已近12年了,在运营这座博物馆期间,您遇到的最大挑战是什么?又是如何克服的?最大的挑战也是最大的乐趣,那就是如何树立一座美术馆的个性,如何最大限度地发挥一个公立文化机构的公共性,创造一个开放包容的讨论和分享空间。PSA与传统博物馆有两个明显的不同之处:一是时间的定位,我们立足于当下、回看过去、预见未来,我们是时空通道的莫比乌斯环。The Power Station of Art(hereinafter referred to as"PSA")was established in 2012,transforming an old power plant into a"workshop"for new urban culture and injecting fresh energy into the city.You became the director of PSA in 2013 and have held this position for nearly 12 years.What has been your greatest challenge during this time,and how did you overcome it?The greatest challenge-and also the greatest joy-has been defining the unique identity of an art museum and maximizing the public nature of a state-owned cultural institution.
