摘　　要：The increasing prevalence of macrolide-resistant Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MRMP)pneumonia in pediatric patients represents a formidable challenge in contemporary clinical practice,particularly in regions such as East Asia,where resistance rates have alarmingly increased to approximately 70%–90%[1].The rapid spread of MRMP threatens to undermine decades of progress in managing Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections,leading to more severe disease outcomes,longer hospital stays,and increased healthcare costs[2].
