尿酸性肾病中西医结合治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：尿酸性肾病是尿酸结晶在肾脏部位沉积引发的肾脏疾病,关键会沉积在间质、肾髓质亦或是远端的集合管中。患者处于急性期时,尿酸盐沉积物四周存在炎症细胞浸润,在后期会出现肾小管上皮萎缩、损伤和变性等特征,肾小球的基底膜明显增厚,疾病进展到晚期,患者的肾小管会出现间质纤维化与肾小球纤维化的特征,最后引发患者出现肾功能的损伤。在临床中尿酸性肾病可以被分成慢性尿酸性肾病、急性尿酸性肾病以及尿酸性肾结石。伴随着社会的快速发展,人民的生活水平的提高,尿酸性肾病患者数量逐渐增多,对患者的健康造成严重影响。血尿酸指标是尿酸性肾病诊断与疾病预后效果的主要预测因素。在对该疾病积极诊断的同时,更需要探析疾病治疗方式。因此,本文综述了尿酸性肾病的中西医结合治疗进展,以期为尿酸性肾病的临床治疗提供参考。Uric acid nephropathy is a renal disease caused by the deposition of uric acid crystals in the kidney,which is mainly deposited in the interstitium,renal medulla or distal collecting ducts.When the patient is in acute stage,there is inflammatory cell infiltration around the urate deposit,in the later stage,there will be characteristics such as atrophy,injury and degeneration of the renal tubular epithelium,the basement membrane of the glomerulus has increased significantly,and the disease has advanced to the late stage,the renal tubules of patients will appear the characteristics of interstitial fibrosis and glomerular fibrosis,and eventually lead to renal function damage of patients.Uric acid nephropathy can be classified into chronic uric acid nephropathy,acute uric acid nephropathy and uric acid kidney stones in the clinical practice.With the rapid development of society,people's living standards have improved,the number of patients with uric acid nephropathy is gradually increasing,which has a serious impact on their health.Serum uric acid index is a major predictive factor of diagnosis and disease outcome effect of uric acid nephropathy.In the active diagnosis of the disease,at the same time,it is necessary to explore the treatment method of the disease.Therefore,this article reviews the progress of uric acid nephropathy integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of uric aid nephropathy.
