人类增强的悖反图景及现实反思——基于分子生命政治的视角

摘　　要：人类增强自提出以来就受到医学与哲学界的重大关切。人类增强技术特别是分子生命技术的使用,在生命的本质、最优的选择、自由的限度三个方面引起了激烈论争,这为从分子生命政治的视角考察人类增强提供了方法论上的指引。从分子生命政治出发,能够使我们进入到有关资本的现代性话语体系中,将对人类增强的研究从道德伦理范畴引向社会政治领域,关注到人类增强技术本身的悖反。为了防范生物资本带来的风险并建立一种更为合理的人类增强形式,我们或许需要从生命政治中寻找某种启示,以一种总体性的视角反思人类增强问题,真正发挥人类增强技术的自由和解放功能。Human enhancement has been concerned by medical and philosophical circles since it was proposed.The use of human enhancement technology,especially molecular life technology,has aroused heated debates in three aspects:the essence of life,the optimal choice,and the limit of freedom,which provides methodological guidance for the study of human enhancement from the perspective of molecular life politics.Starting from the molecular life politics,we can enter into the modern discourse system about capital,and shift the study of human enhancement from the moral and ethical field to the social and political field,focusing on the paradox of human enhancement technology itself.In order to prevent the risks brought by biological capital and establish a more reasonable form of human enhancement,we may need to find some inspiration from the politics of life,need to reflect on the issue of human enhancement from a holistic perspective,and truly play the free and liberating function of human enhancement technology.
