摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探索科技创新如何在公立医院医疗服务效率中的应用。通过综合评估科技产出、人才团队建设、医疗质量指标和管理体制改革等方面的进展。方法采用文献研究法、实证研究法来研究目前山西省某公立医院2019-2023年间的科技产出、科技人才团队建设、医疗质量等主要指标。结果研究结果显示,科技创新显著促进了医院医疗服务效率的提升,具体表现在门诊量、住院量和手术量的增加,就诊外转率的降低,以及三、四级手术占比的提高。科技人才团队的数量,以及科研平台设施的不断优化,进一步增强了医院的科研创新能力和医疗服务质量。结论科技创新能够有效促进公立医院医疗服务效率,通过强化科技产出、构建高效的人才团队、优化医疗服务流程和改革管理体制,公立医院能够有效应对当前医疗领域面临的挑战,实现高质量发展。Objective This study aims to explore how technological innovation can be applied in the efficiency of medical services in public hospitals.By comprehensively evaluating the progress in technology output,talent team building,medical quality indicators,and management system reform.Methods Literature research and empirical research methods were used to study the main indicators of scientific and technological output,scientific and technological talent team building,and medical quality of a public hospital in Shanxi province from 2019 to 2023.Results The research results show that technological innovation significantly promotes the improvement of hospital medical service efficiency,manifested in an increase in outpatient volume,hospitalization volume,and surgical volume,a decrease in referral rate,and an increase in the proportion of third and fourth level surgeries.The number of technology talent teams and the continuous optimization of research platform facilities have further enhanced the hospital′s research and innovation capabilities and medical service quality.Conclusion Technological innovation can effectively promote the efficiency of medical services in public hospitals.By strengthening technological output,building efficient talent teams,optimizing medical service processes,and reforming management systems,public hospitals can effectively respond to the challenges facing the current medical field and achieve high-quality development.
