摘 要:目的了解佛山地区患者沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲脲原体(UU)、生殖支原体(MG)、淋病奈瑟菌(NG)的感染情况,为疾病的防治提供依据。方法选取2019年7月至2022年12月在该院就诊且疑似泌尿生殖道感染的2930例患者为研究对象,采用实时荧光核酸等温扩增技术检测CT、UU、MG、NG。结果CT、UU、MG、NG总阳性率分别为9.5%、26.8%、4.6%、8.9%。男性CT、UU、MG、NG阳性率分别为9.3%、16.7%、5.4%、11.4%。女性CT、UU、MG、NG阳性率分别为9.9%、52.8%、2.6%、2.5%。;女性UU阳性率显著高于男性(P<0.05),男性MG、NG阳性率显著高于女性(P<0.05)。男性CT(P=0.000)、NG(P=0.004)不同年度阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性不同年度阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性组混合感染总例数为112例(5.30%)。两种混合感染以CT+UU(1.37%)、CT+NG(1.09%)、MG+UU(0.76%)、NG+UU(1.23%)较多见,三种混合感染以CT+UU+NG(0.43%)多见。无四种同时感染的情况。女性组混合感染总例数为81例(9.94%)。两种混合感染以CT+UU(5.77%)多见,三种混合感染以CT+UU+NG(1.10%)、CT+UU+MG(0.61%)多见。结论加强对疑似泌尿生殖道感染的患者进行CT、UU、MG、NG的检测,提升疾病的防治水平。Objective To understand the infection status of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),Mycoplasma genitalium(MG),and Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)among patients in region,and provide a basis for disease prevention and treatment.Methods A total of 2930 patients with suspected urogenital tract infections who visited the hospital from July 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.Simultaneous amplification and testing technology was used to detect CT,UU,MG,NG.Results The total positive rates of CT,UU,MG,and NG were 9.5%,26.8%,4.6%,and 8.9%,respectively.The positive rates of CT,UU,MG,and NG in males were 9.3%,16.7%,5.4%,and 11.4%,respectively.The positive rates of CT,UU,MG,and NG in females were 9.9%,52.8%,2.6%,and 2.5%,respectively;the positive rate of UU in females was significantly higher than that in males(P<0.05),and the positive rates of MG and NG in males were significantly higher than those in females(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the positive rates of male CT(P=0.000)and NG(P=0.004)among different years,while there was no statistical difference in the positive rates of female CT,UU,MG,and NG among different years(P>0.05).The total number of combined infection in males was 112(5.30%).The two pathogens of combined infection were more common with CT+UU(1.37%),CT+NG(1.09%),MG+UU(0.76%),and NG+UU(1.23%),while the three pathogens of combined infection was more common with CT+UU+NG(0.43%).There were no four pathogens of combined infection.The total number of combined infection in females was 81(9.94%).Two pathogens of combined infection was more common with CT+UU(5.77%),while the three pathogens of combined infection were more common with CT+UU+NG(1.10%)and CT+UU+MG(0.61%).Conclusion To strengthen the detection of CT,UU,MG,and NG in patients with suspected urogenital tract infections and improve the level of prevention and treatment for these diseases.
