阴道炎患者支原体感染情况及药敏分析

摘　　要：目的了解阴道炎患者支原体感染及其药敏情况。方法采用珠海市丽拓生物科技股份有限公司提供的支原体鉴定、药敏试剂盒(微生物检验法),对284例临床诊断为阴道炎患者的宫颈分泌物标本进行支原体鉴定及药敏检测。结果284例阴道炎患者中,174例患者支原体阳性,阳性率为61.3%,其中解脲脲原体(Uu)单项阳性者162例,占患者总数的57.1%,Uu+人型支原体(Mh)混合阳性者12例,占患者总数的4.2%,Mh单项阳性者未检出。≤20岁和>40~50岁两个年龄组支原体阳性率高于其他年龄组,分别为70.0%和69.2%。药敏试验结果显示,支原体对四环素类及16环大环内酯类抗菌药物耐药率最低,对喹诺酮类药物耐药率最高;Uu+Mh混合阳性者耐药率高于Uu单项阳性者。结论由支原体感染引起的阴道炎不容忽视,应把支原体鉴定及药敏试验作为常规检测项目,对指导临床治疗及合理用药具有重要意义。Objective To investigate mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility in patients with vaginitis.Methods The mycoplasma detection kit(microbiological detection method)provided by Zhuhai Rituo Biotechnology Co.,LTD was used to identify mycoplasma and detect drug sensitivity in 284 cervical secretions of patients diagnosed with vaginitis.Results Among 284 cases of vaginitis,174 cases were positive for mycoplasma,the positive rate was 61.3%,of which 162 cases were positive for Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu).Cases,accounting for 57.1%of the total number of patients,Uu+Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)mixed positive in 12 cases,accounting for 4.2%of the total number of patients,Mh single positive was not detected.The positive rate of mycoplasma in 20 age and 41 to 50 age groups was 70.0%and 69.2%,respectively,compared with other age groups.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that mycoplasma had the lowest resistance rate to tetracycline and 16-ring macrolides,and the highest resistance rate to quinolones.The drug resistance rate of Uu+Mh positive was higher than that of Uu single positive.Conclusion The vaginitis caused by mycoplasma infection should not be ignored.Mycoplasma identification and drug sensitivity test should be taken as routine detection items,which is of great significance for guiding clinical treatment and rational drug use.
