补中益气汤加减治疗肿瘤相关性乏力临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨补中益气汤加减在治疗肿瘤相关性乏力(CRF)中的临床效果,评估其对改善患者乏力症状、提高生活质量的作用。方法选取2例肿瘤相关性乏力患者的临床资料,探究补中益气汤加减治疗效果。结果治疗后,患者生活质量评分(如身体功能、日常活动能力)明显提升。未观察到与药物相关的严重不良反应,补中益气汤加减的耐受性良好。结论补中益气汤加减能够有效改善肿瘤相关性乏力症状,提高患者的生活质量,具有良好的临床应用前景。建议在肿瘤患者护理中纳入此治疗方案,以增强患者的整体健康水平。Objective This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy of modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF),and evaluate its effect on improving fatigue symptoms and enhancing quality of life in patients.Methods Select clinical data of 2 patients with cancer-related fatigue and explore the therapeutic effect of modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang.Results After treatment,the patient′s quality of life score(such as physical function and daily activity ability)significantly improved.No serious adverse reactions related to the drug were observed,and the tolerance of modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang is good.Conclusion The modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang can effectively improve cancer-related fatigue symptoms,enhance patients′quality of life,and has good clinical application prospects.It is recommended to include this treatment plan in the care of cancer patients to enhance their overall health level.
