B型钠尿肽前体检验在急性心肌梗死临床诊断中的价值评价

摘　　要：目的探索使用B型钠尿肽(BNP)前体检验指标对急性心肌梗死诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取2022年1月起至2023年12月结束,筛选急性心肌梗死患者50例作为A组,另筛选冠心病伴心绞痛患者50例为B组,健康体检者50例为C组,对比不同组别间BNP前体数值差异,同时对比A组中不同心功能级别患者的BNP前体数值差异,A组患者治疗前后、不同预后的BNP前体水平差异,并对BNP诊断效能进行分析评价。结果检测数值表BNP前体数值A组>B组>C组;对比不同心功能等级BNP前体数值,心功能分级越大,BNP前体数值越高;在对A组患者治疗后,BNP前体数值降低,与治疗前对比有明显差异性,对不同预后结果进行BNP前体指标对比后,死亡患者数值较高;依据BNP前体诊断结果对其诊断效能进行计算,该检测灵敏度、特异度、准确性均在90%以上。结论BNP前体检测在对急性心肌梗死诊断上有较高的应用价值,具有较高的准确性,可有效地对患者治疗及预后情况进行评估。Objective To explore the clinical application value of using B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(BNP)test indicators in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,50 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as Group A,50 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected as Group B,and 50 healthy individuals were selected as Group C.The differences in BNP precursor values between different groups were compared,and the differences in BNP precursor values between patients with different levels of cardiac function in Group A were also compared.The differences in BNP precursor levels before and after treatment and different prognoses in Group A patients were analyzed and evaluated,and the diagnostic efficacy of BNP was evaluated.Results The results showed that the values of BNP precursor in group A were higher than those in group B and group C;Comparing the BNP precursor values of different heart function grades,the higher the heart function grade,the higher the BNP precursor value;After treatment of Group A patients,the values of BNP precursor decreased significantly compared to before treatment.After comparing BNP precursor indicators with different prognostic outcomes,the values of deceased patients were higher;According to the diagnostic results of BNP precursor,the diagnostic efficiency of this detection is calculated,and the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy are all above 90%.Conclusion BNP precursor detection has high application value and accuracy in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction,and can effectively evaluate the treatment and prognosis of patients.
