邱氏穴按压联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇治疗肾绞痛临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察邱氏穴按压联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇肌肉注射治疗肾绞痛临床疗效。方法将选取2021年1-12月该院收治的200例湿热型肾绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。观察组给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇肌肉注射配合邱氏穴按压治疗,对照组给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇肌肉注射治疗,观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后30、60 min疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分的变化情况,评价两组疼痛缓解疗效。结果(1)治疗后,两组患者的疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前有不同程度下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组在治疗后30、60 min患者的疼痛VAS评分降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在治疗后30、60 min,观察组患者疼痛缓解疗效的总有效率分别为89%、94%,对照组患者分别为74%、84%;两组比较,观察组在治疗后30、60 min疼痛缓解总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论邱氏穴按压联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇治疗肾绞痛起效快、疗效确切,是临床治疗湿热型肾绞痛的一种较好的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chiu′s point acupressure combined with intramuscular injection of Ketorolac Tromethamine in the treatment of renal colic.Methods A total of 200 renal colic patients with the damp-heat syndrome from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.The observation group was given Chiu′s point acupressure combined with intramuscular injection of Ketorolac Tromethamine,and the control group was treated with intramuscular injection of Ketorolac Tromethamine.The pain scores evaluated with visual analogue scale(VAS)before treatment and after treatment for 30 and 60 minutes were observed,efficacy on pain relief was evaluated.Results(1)After treatment,VAS pain scores in the two groups were decreased to various degrees compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the decrease of VAS pain scores in the observation group after treatment for 30 and 60 min was superior to that in the control group at the same time point,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment for 30 and 60 minutes,the total pain-relief effective rate in the observation group was 89%,94%,respectively,and that in the control group was 74%,84%,respectively;the observation group had higher total pain-relief effective rate and overall efficacy than the control group after treatment for 30 and 60 minutes,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chiu′s point acupressure combined with intramuscular injection of ketorolac tromethamine exerts rapid and certain efficacy in the treatment of damp-heat type of renal colic.
