摘　　要：总结1例蛛网膜下腔出血合并易栓症的护理。根据患者护理难点我们采用集束化护理,对患者进行全方位、多维度的护理干预,确保患者得到最优化、最个性化的护理服务。经过有效治疗及护理干预,患者病情稳定出院。Summarize the nursing care of a case of subarachnoid hemorrhage complicated with thrombophilia.Based on the difficulties in patient care,we adopt bundled nursing to provide comprehensive and multidimensional nursing interventions to ensure that patients receive the most optimized and personalized nursing services.After effective treatment and nursing intervention,the patient′s condition stabilized and they were discharged from the hospital.
