摘 要:目的分析中医门诊护理管理中应用人性化服务对护理质量的影响。方法选择该院于2022年1月至2023年12月,2年内中医门诊就诊的320例患者,2022年1-12月为对照组(160例,采用常规护理管理),2023年1-12月为观察组(160例,实施人性化服务),对比两组的护理管理效果。结果观察组管理质量、护理质量、依从性、就诊效率均明显高于对照组,观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化服务应用于中医门诊可显著提高护理管理质量,进一步提高护理质量,提升患者依从性,从而提高就诊效率,有助于减少不良事件发生,有较高应用价值。Objective To analyze the impact of humanized services on nursing quality in traditional Chinese medicine outpatient nursing management.Methods A total of 320 patients who visited the traditional Chinese medicine outpatient department of the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the control group(160 cases,using conventional nursing management)from January to December 2022,and the observation group(160 cases,implementing humanized services)from January to December 2023.The nursing management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The management quality,nursing quality,compliance,and medical efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized services in traditional Chinese medicine clinics can significantly improve the quality of nursing management,further enhance nursing quality,improve patient compliance,thereby improving treatment efficiency and reducing the occurrence of adverse events.It has high application value.
