针灸+康复训练在中风偏瘫患者中的应用效果及NIHSS评分影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究并分析针灸+康复训练在中风偏瘫患者中的应用效果及神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分影响。方法通过将2023年1月至12月该院诊治的中风偏瘫患者作为研究对象,将所选择的80例患者以完全随机的方式平分为观察组及对照组,并相应采用针灸+康复训练与单纯的康复训练方法进行干预。对比不同干预模式下患者的预后效果进行记录和比较。结果观察组患者的神经功能缺损情况改善情况更加优秀(P<0.05);同时观察组日常生活能力评价也取得了更好的表现(P<0.05);观察组脑卒中患者的生存质量各项数据均有更高水平(P<0.05);且观察组患者的肌力改善情况更加明显(P<0.05)。结论针灸+康复训练的应用能够进一步增强康复训练的治疗效果,对于提升患者生活能力、降低患者偏瘫程度都具有很好的表现,值得临床医护中对其进行重视及运用。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of acupuncture+rehabilitation training in stroke hemiplegia patients and the influence of NIHSS score.Methods By taking the stroke hemiplegia patients treated in the hospital from January to December 2023 as the research objects,the 80 selected patients were divided into observation group and control group in a completely random manner,and acupuncture+rehabilitation training and simple rehabilitation training were used accordingly.The prognostic effects of patients under different intervention modes were recorded and compared.Results The improvement of neurological deficit in the observation group was more excellent(P<0.05);the observation group also achieved better performance(P<0.05);the quality of life of stroke patients in the observation group had higher levels(P<0.05);and the improvement of muscle strength in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture and moxibustion+rehabilitation training can further enhance the treatment effect of rehabilitation training,and has a good performance for improving the living ability of patients and reducing the degree of hemiplegia,which is worthy of its attention and application in clinical medical care.
