摘　　要：高压氧治疗是指在一个高于正常大气压的封闭空间内呼吸纯氧,纠正机体缺氧状态,进而对许多种疾病产生治疗作用,如减压病、动脉气体栓塞、一氧化碳中毒和烟尘吸入、骨肌炎、放射性骨坏死及伤口愈合等。本文阐述了高压氧对细胞生化和各种病理生理变化所起的作用,回顾性叙述了目前高压氧治疗的适应证与禁忌证。另外,重点探讨了高压氧在不同病理条件下的预适应效果,以及高压氧治疗的并发症及不良反应。Hyperbaric oxygen therapy refers to breathing pure oxygen in a closed chamber with higher than normal atmospheric pressure.Hyperbaric oxygen can correct the hypoxia state of the body,and has a therapeutic effect on many diseases,such as decompression sickness,arterial gas embolism,carbon monoxide poisoning and smoke inhalation,osteomylitis,osteoradionecrosis and wound healing.This review expounds the action of hyperbaric oxygen on cell biochemical and various pathophysiological changes.Narrative review covers the current indications and contraindications of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The review also focuses on the preconditioning effect of hyperbaric oxygen in different pathological conditions.The complications and side effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy were discussed.
