摘　　要：随着透析技术的改进和患者存活时间的延长,维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的生活质量逐渐受到各方关注,睡眠障碍在MHD患者中高发,其症状会随着病程的时间愈发严重,对家庭和患者的影响极大。本文主要从各类治疗法中总结近年来各种中医外治疗方法,分析其对MHD患者的应用效果以及应用方式,寻找其中存在的不足,并为后续研究发展提供更多行之有效的思路与方法,为MHD患者失眠的干预提供参考。With the improvement of dialysis technology and the extension of patients′survival time,the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients has gradually attracted attention from all parties.Sleep disorders occur frequently in MHD patients,and their symptoms will become more and more serious with the course of the disease,which has a great impact on families and patients themselves.This paper mainly summarizes various chinese traditional medicine external treatment methods in recent years from various chinese traditional medicine external treatment therapies,analyzes their application effects and application methods for MHD patients,finds out the shortcomings,and provides more effective ideas and methods for follow-up research and development,and provides reference for the intervention of insomnia in MHD patients.
