外固定架治疗创伤骨科患者的临床研究进展

摘　　要：创伤骨科主要包含因外伤导致的骨折、关节脱位以及肌肉、韧带、肌腱、神经、血管等组织损伤。创伤性骨折通常伴随严重的软组织损伤,临床治疗具有一定的挑战性。外固定架作为一种固定骨骼的器械,对开放骨折和骨延伸问题方面具有明显的效果。其固定效果良好,安全性高,有助于促进骨折愈合,且不影响患者的运动功能,拆除也较为便捷。因此,外固定器在四肢骨折和桡骨骨折的临床治疗中得到了广泛应用。Traumatic orthopedics mainly includes fractures,joint dislocations,and tissue injuries such as muscles,ligaments,tendons,nerves,and blood vessels caused by trauma.Traumatic fractures are often accompanied by severe soft tissue damage,and clinical treatment presents certain challenges.As an instrument for fixing bones,external fixation frames have significant effects on open fractures and bone extension problems.It has good fixation effect,high safety,helps promote fracture healing,and does not affect the patient's motor function.It is also relatively easy to remove.Therefore,external fixators have been widely used in the clinical treatment of limb fractures and radius fractures.
