摘　　要：麻醉是利用药物或其他方式使患者在手术治疗或医疗检查过程中暂时失去整体或局部感觉,以达到无痛的目的。舒芬太尼是一种具有强烈镇痛作用的阿片制剂,同时也是一种特殊的阿片受体拮抗剂。其止痛作用是芬太尼的5~10倍,且血流动力学稳定,是一种更适合于全身麻醉诱导的阿片类镇痛药。但舒芬太尼在全麻诱发时极易诱发患者发生咳嗽,继而引发血液动力学变化,严重危及患者的生命。因此,阐明舒芬太尼诱发咳嗽的分子机理,是临床治疗中急需解决的问题。本研究首先对舒芬太尼诱发呛咳反应机制作一综述,其次明确其影响因素,如给药方式、给药浓度、给药顺序、诱导前主动咳嗽等。最后,本研究深入分析预防舒芬太尼呛咳反应的药物,以期为临床实践提供理论依据。Anesthesia is the use of drugs or other methods to make patients temporarily lose overall or local sensation during surgical treatment or medical examination,so as to achieve the purpose of painless.Sufentanil is an opioid agent with strong analgesic effect,and it is also a special opioid receptor antagonist.Its analgesic effect is 5 to 10 times that of fentanyl,and it is hemodynamically stable,making it a more suitable opioid analgesic for induction of general anesthesia.However,sufentanil can easily induce cough in patients during general anesthesia induction,and then cause hemodynamic changes,which seriously endanger the life of patients.Therefore,elucidating the molecular mechanism of sufentanil-induced cough is an urgent problem to be solved in clinical treatment.In this study,the mechanism of sufentanil-induced cough response was reviewed,and the influencing factors,such as administration mode,administration concentration,administration sequence,and active cough before induction,were clarified.Finally,this study provides an in-depth analysis of the drugs used to prevent sufentanil cough reaction,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice.
