摘　　要：脊柱结核是最常见的骨结核,发展到一定程度可以破坏脊柱的稳定性,严重的会压迫脊髓神经,对患者造成严重后果,因此大多数脊柱结核需要手术治疗,选择合适的手术治疗方式对于病灶清除、恢复重建脊柱稳定性、纠正脊柱后凸畸形、促进脊柱结核的愈合具有重要意义。常见的外科手术治疗主要有前路手术、后路手术、前后路联合手术及微创手术等术式,本文就脊柱结核手术治疗选择进行概述,以提高临床手术治疗脊柱结核的效果。Spinal tuberculosis is the most common bone tuberculosis.If it develops to a certain extent,it can destroy the stability of the spine,and if it is severe,it will compress the spinal nerves,which will cause serious consequences for patients.The selection of appropriate surgical treatment is of great significance for lesion clearance,restoration of spinal stability,correction of kyphosis and promotion of spinal tuberculosis healing.The common surgical treatment mainly includes anterior surgery,posterior surgery,combined anterior and posterior surgery and minimally invasive surgery.This article summarizes the surgical treatment options of spinal tuberculosis,in order to improve the effect of clinical surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis.
