摘　　要：老年人口腔健康不良发生率高,严重影响其生活质量。早期识别老年人口腔健康不良的影响因素,并采取针对性的干预措施,对促进口腔健康有重要意义。该文回顾国内外老年口腔健康相关文献,从口腔环境、生活方式、口腔健康素养、老年综合征4方面对老年人口腔健康不良可干预性因素进行综述,旨在为老年口腔健康问题的预防提供参考。The elderly people have a high incidence rate of poor oral health,which seriously affects their quality of life.Identifying the influencing factors of poor oral health and taking the targeted intervention measures are of great significance for promoting the oral health.This article reviews the related literatures on oral health of the elderly people at home and abroad,and reviews the intervenable factors of the poor oral health in the elderly people from four aspects of the oral environment,lifestyle,oral health literacy and geriatric syndrome,aiming to provide reference for the oral health problem prevention of the elderly peoples.
