摘  要:Clean hydrogen production based on pure water electrolysis has been considered a potential way to solve the energy crisis and serious environmental issues.However,the disadvantaged high reaction potential of anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER,E=1.23 V)severely lowered the overall efficiency in alkaline electrolytes.
