摘　　要：高校中外合作办学项目作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分及对外开放的重要载体,承担着我国高等教育国际化向深层次、高质量发展的历史使命。实现科学合理的内部治理是高校中外合作办学项目高质量发展的关键。然而,当前我国高校中外合作办学项目在治理结构、治理机制及治理文化上仍普遍面临诸多现实困境与挑战。深入剖析项目内部治理存在现实问题的基础上,针对性地提出项目内部治理的多条优化路径,以期为项目内部治理建设和项目高质量发展建言献策。As an important part of China's higher education and an important carrier of opening up to the outside world,Chinese-foreign higher education cooperation programs bear the historical mission of the internationalization of China's higher education to develop to a deep level and high quality.Achieving scientific and reasonable internal governance is the key to the high-quality development of Chinese-foreign higher education cooperation programs.However,at present,Chinese-foreign higher education cooperation programs are still facing a lot of practical dilemmas and challenges in terms of governance structure,governance mechanisms and governance culture.Based on an in-depth analysis of the real problems of internal program governance,it puts forward several optimization paths for internal program governance,to provide advice for the construction of internal program governance and the high-quality development of the program.
